Svaaya is a booking and client management platform built for beauty professionals — giving them a single system to onboard clients, manage appointments, and handle communication, replacing the usual mess of DMs, manual scheduling, and missed follow-ups.

The Problem

Beauty professionals were running their businesses across WhatsApp chats, paper diaries, and word-of-mouth — with no structured way to capture client details, confirm bookings, or reduce no-shows. The goal was to build something that felt effortless for the client booking an appointment, and equally simple for the professional managing their day.

What We Built

A full-stack booking platform, designed and shipped in 5 months. The platform covers the entire client journey — from discovery and onboarding to booking confirmation and payment — with WhatsApp integrated as the primary communication layer so professionals could meet clients where they already are.

The interface was built in React with deliberate attention to responsiveness and micro-interactions, because for a product in this space, how something feels is as important as what it does.

Key engineering challenges included building a reliable booking engine, integrating WhatsApp for real-time confirmations, and wiring up payments — all while keeping the experience pixel-perfect across devices.

Where It Stands

Svaaya is live with 200+ users and built to scale. The client has been demoing it actively — and the reception from their audience has been consistently positive.
